Dr. Theresa Haskins

Dr. Theresa Haskins is a highly respected expert in disability inclusion and neurodiversity, known for advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities and fostering inclusive workplaces as a sought-after consultant. Currently serving as Professor of Human Resource Management at USC Bovard College, she supports the development of future leaders and leads transformative change initiatives with government agencies and global corporations.


Recognized for her innovative research and development of disability-inclusion programs, Dr. Haskins holds a BA in sociology from Kent State University, an MA in educational psychology from Eastern Michigan University, and a doctorate in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California. Her work has earned her accolades, including the Dissertation of the Year award for her research on supporting autistic employees in competitive workplaces.


As a thought leader in her field, Dr. Haskins shares her insights as a TEDx speaker and the host of the podcast "Think Differently with Dr. Theresa Haskins," along with her newsletter "Diverse Minds at Work." A proud neurodivergent mother of two neurodivergent sons, she continues to advocate for neurodiversity and research solutions for creating more inclusive organizations.
